REQUIREMENTS

Potential students will be selected for participation upon the following criteria:

Mechatronics

• Must be 18 years or older with high school diploma or GED.

• Academic success as measured through grades/transcript.

• Math capability as measured through ACT, SAT, or another acceptable math assessment.

• Participation is preferred, but not required, in one or more STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) focus programs.

• Preference will also be given to students who have completed career technical programs as well.

• Must pass a drug test(s).

Robotics

• Must be 18 years or older with high school diploma or GED.

• Math capability as measured through ACT, SAT, or another acceptable math assessment.

• Must pass introduction course in order to take the certification course.

• Must pass a drug test(s).

Soldering

• Must be 18 years or older with high school diploma or GED.

• Must pass Essentials of Industrial Soldering, or have relevant soldering experience, in order to take the IPC- J-STD-001 class.

• Must pass a drug test(s).
